We have a great need in our generation for Godly leadership. Surprisingly, the majority of people have never been trained or taught how to lead. While there are some who have a natural inclination toward leadership and exhibit characteristics of a leader, there still must be a time of development to ensure that we lead well. Looking at the life of Jesus, we discover the qualities that we as Christian leaders are to aim for.
